Description: SUNY Stony Brook intends to make an award for nine months of RICOH MFP Fleet services. Service includes maintenance on over two hundred RICOH printers (of all model types and ages) including labor, parts, toner, and staples. Color allowance of 1,125,000. B&W allowance of 7,500,000. Equipment has existing software such as Docuware, Kofax, nd Paradatec.
