Electrical Switchgear Operations and Maintenance in Albany, NY
Description:

OGS is seeking a Contractor to provide engineering appraisal, testing, preventative maintenance, and repairs or replacements to electrical distribution systems in three locations:
A. W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus
B. Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza
C. Downtown Albany Buildings

The following minimum requirements must be met by each Bidder:
Contractor, or senior management, shall have two or more years of experience providing engineering appraisal, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical switchgear equipment.

Two mandatory site visits:

May 21, 2025 9:00am - 11:30am and May 22, 2025 9:00am - 1:00pm
