Bank Depository Request for Proposal

The City of Borger, Texas will receive sealed proposals for the depository and custody of City Funds from any banking corporation, association or individual banker doing business within the City of Borger until 2:00 PM February 12 ^th , 2025, at which time proposals will be opened and read. The bid will be awarded by the City Council at their regular meeting at City Hall on February 18 ^th , 2025, at 1:30 PM. Any banking corporation, association or individual banker doing business in the City of Borger desiring to submit a proposal to be designated as the depository for the funds of the City of Borger, shall deliver to the Director of Finance, on or before the date and time specified, its proposal for depository and custody of such funds, which must be accompanied by the statement of assets and resources of the applicant.
