Separate sealed bids for the construction of ArDOT 061806 Hwy 38 & N. Lincoln Traffic Signal (Austin) F.A.P. STPU-0043(50) , will be received by the City of Austin, AR at the Austin City Hall, 3181 Hwy 367 N, Austin, AR 72007 until 3:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of portions of new curbs, gutters, and concrete, new striping, and new traffic signal at the Hwy 38 and N. Lincoln St. intersection.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Austin City Hall, 3181 Hwy 367 N, Austin, AR 72007. Potential contractors must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid this project.
The City of Austin, AR hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
Build America, Buy America provisions apply to this project. The City of Austin reserves the right to reject all bids.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Business Relations Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Owner’s Attorney, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72201 upon payment of $ 100.00 for each set (plus postage and handling, if mailed), none of which will be refunded.
