Propane Gas and Related Services Beale Air Force Base, CA
1. Introduction:
The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing propane gas and related services in support of base operations. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ). No contract will be awarded as a result of this notice.
2. Purpose:
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.
3. Description of Services:
The Government requires propane gas delivery, tank maintenance, and tank replacement/purchase services at Beale AFB, CA. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform these services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. 4. Contract Information:
The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. The total value of all orders under the IDIQ, including option years, will not exceed $900,000. The maximum value of orders per year will not exceed $300,000.
