Solicitation Document Description: This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive provision of Collection Services and Post Collection Services for Hazardous Waste for the City of Toronto’s Solid Waste Management Services Division, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”).

Specific Conditions for Procurement: Optional Meeting
.1        All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional site meeting will take place on November 12, 2025 at 9:00am at Disco Transfer Station located at 120 Disco Road, Toronto, inside the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Depot. Suppliers, shall advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meetings, with the following information:
Name(s) of attendees
Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the optional pre bid Meeting.
.2 Suppliers shall sign the attendance sheet at the meeting during the designated date and time.
.3        Suppliers submitting bids without attending the information meeting do so at their own risk.
.4 Suppliers must bring and wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, reflective clothing and safety boots during the optional site visits.
.5 The City reserves the right not to answer questions at the information meeting
.6 A record of questions and answers as deemed relevant from the site visits will be distributed in the form of an Addendum and posted on the City's online call document system. The City reserves the right not to answer questions at the site visits but will answer questions that arise at the site visits as part of an Addendum.
