Solicitation Description:

The Brazos River Authority (BRA) will be accepting sealed bids from contractors to provide firm pricing for Sulfur Dioxide that meet the requirements of this solicitation. To be delivered to the Doshier Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant at 2515 East Ave. H, Temple, Texas 75601 and the Temple-Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant at 2506 East 6th Ave., Belton, Texas 76513. All chemicals must be NSF/ANSI STANDARD 60 approved chemicals and NSF Certification & Certificate of Analysis shall be included with the bid response. Orders will be placed as needed throughout the year. No guarantee is made on specific quantities to be purchased. Orders will be placed using a purchase order. Delivery shall be within three (3) working days after order is placed. Deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination freight prepaid, fuel surcharges, transportation prepaid and included unless otherwise specified. The selected respondent (“Vendor”) shall be responsible for unloading and transferring the chemicals from the truck to the plant storage.  Vendor will clean up any spillage made during transfer and be responsible for the cleanup and damages, if any, sustained to the equipment and surrounding area. Vendor must maintain and make available, training records, licensing, and certifications for all employees upon request by BRA representative and/or regulatory authority.
