Summercove Dam LLO Decommissioning and Riprap Upgrades
Synopsis:
Water Security Agency (WSA) is providing this notice of an anticipated public procurement opportunity for interested construction contractors. This notice is not a formal solicitation but is intended as an early notification to assist in advanced planning efforts.
It is WSA’s intent to post a public procurement competition on SaskTenders which requires a construction contractor to complete upgrade work at Summercove Dam, south of Mankota. The work will involve decommissioning the low-level outlet (LLO) and upgrading the embankment by removing and replacing all riprap on the upstream side. A pre-existing stockpile of riprap will be available on-site for this purpose.
WSA is anticipating that the SaskTenders competition posting would be active for a 3-4 week period for submission preparation in June 2025.
