Description

The rental of portable and base station two-way digital radios with accompanying accessories, equipment, dedicated network access and installation of supporting infrastructure (repeaters) to ensure reliable mobile radio communications within the Department of Justice Canada (JUS) buildings in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The Contractor must:

•        Deliver all equipment to the Project Authority by March 15, 2026.

•        Complete all installation, end user testing and commissioning by March 31, 2026.

The period of the Contract is from date of award to March 31, 2031, inclusive with the irrevocable option to extend the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract.
