The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The requirement is for the providing of Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services to the U.S. Mission. The BAS PM work required shall include, but is not limited to: Preventative Maintenance; Investigation & troubleshooting; Adjustments; Trend & Alarm configuration; etc. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel as well as all transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment and supplies required to perform the Services. The Contractor shall provide the services of qualified, trained, manufacturer certified technicians to perform the required BAS PM Services. The Contractor shall also provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS). Anticipated performance is for one base year. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
Offers are due by 11:59am Kathmandu local time on 12-September-2025, and are to be submitted electronically and exclusively to KTMContracts@state.gov .
