REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
3RD STREET AND CENTRAL AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT 4826
The City of Minot is requesting qualification submittals for preliminary, design and construction engineering services for the 3rd Street and Central Avenue Reconstruction project.
The project will consist of a complete reconstruction of all city infrastructure within the right of way on 3rd Street from the 3rd Street bridge south to approximately Front Street and on Central Avenue from 3rd Street to 4th Street. This project is being funded by the North Dakota Department of Transportation Urban Grant program and other local match funding.
Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 4:00 pm, October 25, 2024 to:

Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the City Engineering Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4100. Proposals must be delivered to the City Engineer by 4:00 pm on October 25, 2024. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
