ITB 20262026 BULK, OILS, FLUIDS, LUBRICANTS, AND MAINTENANCE CHEMICALS

Project Description: TARC has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB), a sealed bid solicitation, to obtain bids from qualified Bidders to furnish and deliver bulk oils, lubricants, fluids, antifreeze, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), grease, and related products for use by TARC’s Maintenance Department. TARC intends to award a single or multiple vendor Firm Fixed Price contract(s) for an initial term of two (2) years with three (3) additional one-year option terms exercisable at TARC’s sole discretion. Bidders shall submit pricing for the initial two (2) year term only. Pricing for each option year, if exercised, shall be subject to review, negotiation, and mutual agreement prior to the commencement of the applicable option period. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible Bidder(s) offering the lowest evaluated cost to TARC for the initial two (2) year term.
