INVITATION TO BID
The County of Franklin is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of the following County-owned
property:
Tax Parcel Number: 0290001401
Property Description: Route 122 - Booker T. Washington Highway, Hardy
Acreage: 0.021 acres
District: Gills Creek
Sealed bids, clearly marked "Disposition of County-Owned Property - Tax Parcel Number
0290001401" in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope, must be received no later than 1:00
p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026. Bids shall be delivered to:
