Description:

Bid ncludes complete removal of existing roof systems -deck for approximately 49 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Base Bid work also includes cleaning, preparation, priming, and painting of fence, supports, and wood trim.
