This addendum modifies the original document as listed below and is hereby incorporated to the contract
documents.
1. Revised Closing Date
The solicitation final due date/final proposal cutoff date has been revised from April 15th, 2027, at 10:30
a.m. CDT to October 28, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. CDT. To be considered, all responses must be submitted no
later than this deadline.
Important Vendor Notice: Garland ISD will transition to Euna Procurement (powered by Bonfire) in
November 2026. Our current Oracle iSupplier/iSourcing system will be retired on October 31, 2026. To
continue receiving notifications of bid opportunities and submitting responses electronically, vendors are
encouraged to register at garlandisd.bonfirehub.com. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
During registration, please select the NIGP commodity codes that best align with your products and
services.
2. Clarification on Term of Contract
The contract term shall remain unchanged and shall be as specified in Section 1.2.8, Term of
Contract, of the iSourcing RFP template document attached to this solicitation
