The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is requesting proposals from qualified Motor Carriers to provide truck drayage services for the SCPA’s Rapid Rail Drayage Program. This Program provides truck drayage services for empty and/or full shipping containers from the SCPA’s marine terminals to local Charleston-area rail yards, or provide the reverse service as directed by the SCPA.
