- I1_2. Pick up and remove trash twice per week to include parking areas, fishing pier, dam, and lake areas/paths around lake as may be indicated by DWR. These areas shall be maintained in a neat, clean and safe condition subject to approval of DWR. A dumpster will be provided on-site and paid for by DWR year-round.

- I1_1. Mow grass/trim as needed in order to maintain a neat appearance. Mowed areas shall be maintained between 2 to 5 inches. Weed eating shall be provided around all fixed items on site. Typically weekly from April through October but will vary based on weather conditions. Any brush/ trimming debris shall be placed in a container on day it was generated.
