The City of Amesbury is soliciting bids for cold water meters, registers, and radio modules pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 30B. Bid documents will be made available starting Monday, September 29, 2025, at amesburyma.gov/Bids.aspx.
Bids must be received at the office of Administration and Finance at 62 Friend Street, Amesbury, MA 01913 by Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 11:00AM, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
All requests for clarification and any questions about information contained in bid documents must be directed to Rachel Billings in writing at BillingsR@AmesburyMA.gov. Answers to all substantive questions will be put in writing and supplied in the form of an addendum emailed to all bid document holders and posted to the city of Amesbury website.
Bids must be submitted by mail or in-person delivery only. Any bids submitted via fax, email, or any other method will not be accepted. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened.
The City of Amesbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
