Description

The Government will award a fixed-price requirements contract with Economic Price Adjustment to various Locations in Turkey resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award a contract or contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer(s) is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government will individually evaluate prices by multiplying the unit prices by the estimated quantities. The vendor with the lowest priced and technically acceptable total offer will be awarded the contract.



The performance period for this requirement is April 1, 2025 – 31 March 2028.





1. Diesel Fuel, (DT2) 9140-01-520-7119 - (1,461,600 USG)

2. Gasoline Automotive, Premium (ULG) 9130-01-527-5763 - (620,400 USG)





Vendors must posses all license(s) and other capabilities to delivery fuel in Turkey. Please be sure to follow the requirements under the solicitation by paying attention to the factors under FAR 52.212-2 -- EVALUATION -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2021).
