This is a sole source requirement for the supply of one (1) Hyperspectral Imager Systems (HSI) and accessories. The equipment is an advanced infrared hyperspectral imaging system that measures the spectral signature of gaseous clouds as well as solid samples near or above ambient temperature in real-time, which then produces a 3-dimension model of the gaseous clouds. The HSI and computer must be operable in field conditions without the need for liquid nitrogen, external cooling devices, and fully operational outdoor environmental conditions from 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
