Yard Restoration Contract AD

The City of Portland will accept sealed bids for the 2025 Yard Restoration Contract. Bids will be received at 100 South Russell St. Portland TN, 37148 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday July 30, 2025, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Room, located at 100 South Russell St, Portland, TN. Bid packets may be emailed or picked up at 126 B Morningside Dr, Portland, TN 37148 (615-323-1437).  Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be sent to Bryan Price Director of Utilities, 100 South Russell St. Portland TN, 37148 and properly marked 2025 Yard Restoration Bid. Bids will be considered by the City Council at the regularly scheduled meeting on August 4, 2025, and second reading on August 18, 2025. (Ordinance passes by two readings) Please mark on the bid packet for 2025 Yard Restoration Bid.
