The purpose of this project is to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior condition of the tanks and remove any accumulated sediment up to 1”. All inspection and cleaning services are to be conducted with the tanks in service and within 10’ of full. Funding for these services is based on a fiscal year running July-June. All eight reservoirs are to be cleaned and inspected within a five-year period, following the schedule provided:

July 2027 – June 2028, Res 6, Res 8, Res 15
