Project Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals for CCS Survey Collection, to be tentatively provided from July 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process. Existing agency must reapply to be considered for the 2027 contract. Entities currently contracted to provide CCS services to Milwaukee County BHS are not eligible.
