For the provision of

EMERGENCY SERVICES COMPLEX GUTTER REPLACEMENT

Hall County, Georgia, (herein “County” or “Owner”) a municipal entity of the State of Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, hereby gives this Addendum #1 on the project known as ESC Gutter Replacement (herein “Services”) located at 470 Crescent Drive - Gainesville, GA 30501.

The following questions were asked or submitted by various vendors.  The answers are provided in bold lettering.

The bid packet indicates 6” box gutters in medium bronze.  However, my crew members who attended the pre-bid meeting indicated that currently there are 8” box gutters on this facility.  Can you confirm if the bid should be 6” or 8” gutters? – They should be 6” gutters.

The bid packet indicates that a 5% bid bond is not required, only a letter of bondability should be provided with the bid.  However, my crew members who attended the pre-bid meeting indicated that they were told a 5% bid bond was required.  Can you confirm which is correct? – No bonds are required for this project.

Can you confirm whether there is or is not a carpenter's gap between the fascia and the decking – Unknown, but the vendors are welcome to revisit the site to check for themselves.
