Creswell Substation Feeders Phase 1 ITB

Emerald People’s Utility District (EPUD) requests qualified companies to furnish and install vaults, conduit, trenching, horizontal directional drilling, grounding, bollards, aggregate and backfill to EPUD specifications for Phase 1 of this project located approximately 12 miles south of Eugene Oregon at and in the vicinity of EPUD’s Creswell Substation, City of Creswell Airport (Hobby Field) and Interstate-5 south of Dale Kuni Rd.

ITB documents, contract terms, conditions and specifications may be obtained from the Contracts and Records Specialist by emailing cassie@epud.org .

Bidding may start 05/01/2025.

Mandatory pre-bid conference is 05/08/2025.

EMAILED bids shall be submitted to Cassie Stavros, Contracts and Records Specialist, before 12:00 PM PT on 06/05/2025. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and recorded. EPUD is not responsible for bids submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. Bids will not be accepted after this hour and date.

EPUD reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Invitation to Bid; and may reject any or all bids pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, 279C, or EPUD purchasing policy.
