General and Trade Contractor – Invitation to Bid

Town of Pembroke invites BIDS from GENERAL and TRADE Contractors. This is a General Construction Project pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149. Response to this Request of Qualifications is the first step in a two-phase procurement process. Only PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS can submit bids for this project in the following categories of work:

General Contractor

Subcontractor categories:  Masonry, Misc. Metals, WD&C, Roofing & Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass & Glazing, Tile, ACT, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical

Contractors do NOT need to be pre-qualified to submit bids for this project in the following categories of work:

Qualification: DCAMM Certificate

Project:  Sealed bids for General and Subcontractors.

Construction of a new 40,000 gsf, two story, Public Safety Building, a 4,000 gsf auxiliary building and parking. Includes sitework and landscaping. Enabling work includes relocation of an existing house on the property.  Construction schedule of 21 months for the project.
