- Description: The Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) PM41 requires one, U.S. Flag, ocean-going certified tug capable of towing one U.S. Army Runnymede-Class Large Landing Craft (LCU) “IAW the U.S. Navy Tow Manual (SL740-AA-MAN-010).”
