Description:
The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct Crosstrail Boulevard Segment C. Crosstrail Boulevard Segment C consists of a four (4) lane-median divided roadway connecting Sycolin Road and the Dulles Greenway. The length is approximately 2,700 linear feet and it includes a four-span bridge over the south tributary to Sycolin Creek (the “Project”). The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all surveying, construction layout, maintenance of traffic, earthwork (including the removal of unsuitable material), rock excavation, erosion & sediment control, other environmental controls, safety procedures, and complete compliance with all applicable permits, to include but not be limited to, Virginia Stormwater Management Program (VSMP)/Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements, building trade permits, and environmental permits.
Pre-Bid Conference:
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams software on September 22, 2025 at 11:00 am for clarification of any questions on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
