Description View Changes

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation.



Solicitation FA4484-25-Q-0010 is a Request for Quote (RFQ).



The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DAFAC 2025-0117, effective January 17, 2025.



Notice to Offeror. The Government reserves the right to cancel this purchase request, either before or after suspense date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary quotes, time or cost incurred.



This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 337122 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees.



The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for items included in the attached Combo RFQ document and the attached Pricing Sheet.



Pricing will be done via the attached Pricing Sheet.



No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating applies to this acquisition.

Due to questions regarding a Site Visit, I wanted to give an update. There is no Site Visit planned for this currently. If a vendor thinks one would be beneficial and provides sufficent rational for it to be performed one may be considered. However, at this time no need is expected that one would be benefical. Please continue to email me with questions.

Adding Q&A log to help address some of the questions that have been sent in. I have also updated the SOW to correct some language that was included. The Floor plans that were found have also been attached so please reference those for the number of rooms and some of the layout questions.



If there additional question please continue to send those in.

Added additional QA responses to an updated Log. Small language changes have been done to the SOW to reflect a question. No additional Floor Plans can be provided. Hopefully this last QA Log will assist with creating quotes. No further questions can be accepted and guaranteed to be answered prior to the solicitation close date. Be aware of that if there are further questions.
