ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ). The City of Eagan is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to retain the services of professional consulting firms to provide municipal engineering and technical/specialty services for the City. The City desires to establish various categories of services to which professional consulting firms will be assigned. The City of Eagan intends to retain up to three (3) firms for General Municipal Engineering Services and may choose to retain at least one firm for each of the Technical/Specialty Services. A complete copy of the SOQ is available on the City of Eagan’s website . SOQ’s must be received via email or on a flash drive no later than 4 p.m., Thursday April 30, 2026.
