Period of performance is 13 – 18 May 2025 for the 10K Forklift, 14-18 May 2025 for the 50-Passenger Buses, 16-17 May for the 50Ton Crane, 12 – 19 May 2025 for the Chemical Latrines and Hand Washing Stations. The Contractor shall provide a 10K Forklift, a 50T Crane, and 50-Passenger Bus to include maintenance, fuel, and operators. In the event the K-Loader, Crane, or Bus is not operational, the contractor shall provide maintenance and or a replacement 10K Forklift, 50T Crane, or Bus. Contractor shall provide 10K Forklift, 50Ton Crane, and Bus in good working order with no significant body damage that would hinder safe usage in order to meet operational, service and maintenance requirements. The Contractor is responsible for all licensing, registration, inspection fees, insurance, tolls, fuel, maintenance and any other costs associated with the Forklift and Crane. The Contractor shall provide English instruction manuals or a technical advisor for each container. This person shall speak and comprehend English language; the Contract Manger/PM or Alternate PM can serve in this position. The Contractor shall provide (3) three Chemical Toilets and (1) Hand Washing Stations to include daily cleaning and restocking. In the event that a Chemical Toilet and/or Hand Washing Station is not operational, contractor shall provide maintenance and or a replacement Chemical Toilet and/or Hand Washing Station. Contractor shall provide Chemical Toilets and Hand Washing Station in good working order with no significant body damage that would hinder safe usage in order to meet operational, service and maintenance requirements. The Contractor is responsible for all licensing, registration, inspection fees, insurance, tolls, fuel, maintenance and any other costs associated with Chemical Toilets and Hand Washing Stations.

Contractors must register their legal entity in the airport's pass database and submit detailed employee applications, including residence, education, and employment histories, as well as criminal record checks. Contractors should apply for the appropriate access passes (personal, vehicle, or visitor) and ensure compliance with all airport security protocols.
