Sealed bids will be received by Bartow County, Georgia, herein referred to as the Owner, at the Frank Moore Administration and Judicial Building located at 135 West Cherokee Avenue, Cartersville, Georgia, 30120, in the Commissioner¿s Conference Room, until:

for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment and incidentals necessary for the construction of:
