This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicited to 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside.
1. The Contract Completion Date will be set at: 120 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
2. One site visit is scheduled for:
Contractor will meet Gov. Representative at the Mainside Visitor Control Center parking lot on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 0900 AM local time SHARP. RSVP for sight visit NLT Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 1100AM to Frank Harrison at email frank.b.harrison.civ@us.navy.mil providing the Company name and name of attendees.
Do NOT go directly to the project site. All attendees will be escorted in a van provided by the Government.
3. Quote is due no later than 11:00 AM EST sharp Friday, February 14, 2025. RFIs due to Joseph Henrius joseph.p.henrius.civ@us.navy.mil & Shelley Toribio shelley.a.toribio.civ@us.navy.mil NLT February 12, 2025 at 1100AM Only electronic proposals are acceptable and must be e-mailed to Shelley Toribio at shelley.a.toribio.civ@us.navy.mil .
4. Contractors may experience delays at the gates when entering and/or exiting the installation. The Government shall not compensate for any such delays. All vehicles are subject to search upon entry, exit and while on the installation. Refusal to comply with a DoD police request to search a vehicle will result in denial of access to the installation and may result in criminal prosecution.
5. All terms and conditions from this solicitation shall be included in the awarded contract by reference.
