Summary The Alabama Dept of Rehabilitation Services, Anniston location, is requesting quotes for updating our existing fire and burglar alarm systems to transmit issues detected via cellular. Address for work to be performed: 1910 Coleman Road, Anniston, AL. 36207 Line 1 – Upgrade Fire Alarm -- Installation of DUALCOMNF-LV Fire Communicator. To include testing, programming, hardware, parts, supplies and installation (labor). Price to include service agreement which covers normal repair costs (material and labor). Excludes batteries, CO detectors older than 5 years. Supplier to leave amount blank. Supplier to attach document noting amount for upgrade and include hourly rate (8 am to 5 pm) for normal repair costs. Supplier can also include percentage discount for parts acquired (if applicable). An allotment will be included on po for parts. Line 2 – Fire Alarm Monitoring (monthly) Line 3 – Upgrade Burglar Alarm -- Installation of 12V 7AMP Battery, Qolsys Verizon IQ Panel 4 PowerG + 345 MHz (Honeywell), 7 in Touchscreen and DSC PowerG Hardwire to Wireless Converter. To include testing, programming, hardware, parts, supplies and installation (labor). Price to include service agreement which covers normal repair costs (material and labor). Excludes batteries, CO detectors older than 5 years. Supplier to leave amount blank.
