The City of Cape Coral (City) is requesting written proposals from qualified Design-Build firm to assist the City by providing Professional Engineering consulting services for the conceptual design, Basis of Design Report, permitting, preliminary and final construction plan and bid document technical specifications preparation, Construction & Engineering Inspection (CEI) services, construction bidding services, guaranteed maximum construction pricing, infrastructure construction, and project closeout services for the Judd Creek Water and Sewer Main Extensions project.
