Leavenworth County is seeking proposals from KDOT pre-qualified firms to provide routine bridge inspection services for Leavenworth County, KS. Work includes biennial bridge inspections for 144 NBI bridge length structures during calendar year 2026. The selected firm will provide all necessary items required by Leavenworth County, KDOT, and the FHWA for inspection, evaluation, reporting, digital pictures, scour analysis and load rating evaluation. Inspections are expected to be completed by the end of May, 2026.

Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by the County of Leavenworth, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at the Leavenworth County Clerk, Courthouse, 300 Walnut Street, Suite 106, Leavenworth, KS 66048 until the above time. Consultant shall furnish all material and labor necessary to provide Routine Bridge Inspection and Assessment Management Services.
