Financial Audit and Tax Services

The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) intends to procure auditing and tax return services pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. Interested parties should contact the Procurement Department as indicated below for further information regarding this notification. The selection of a firm and submission of additional information, if any, will be made consistent with applicable laws and procedures.

This project is governed by the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act set forth in State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k. The restricted period began with the publication of this Ad.
