Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) requires a call services such as: inspections, cleaning, lubrication, service and repair of dampers, damper motors, valve actuators, valves, circulator pumps, freeze stats, chillers, cooling tower repair, variable frequency drives, thermostats, supply fans, exhaust fans, return air fans, roof top units, mechanical room equipment and motors. There is a MANDATORY SITE VISIT on 2/19/2025, 10:00 am EST at Stony Brook University Hospital, 101 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794. Meet on Level 5 of the Hospital (inside main Hospital entrance, near visitors desk). **Failure to show up to the Mandatory Site Visit is an automatic disqualification** If you are interested in providing the above services, you must contact the appropriately designated hospital contacts in the advertisement within 15 business days of the Advertised Notice.
