Description: The New York State (NYS) Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of funds for the development of five (5) Adult Critical Time Intervention Teams (CTI Teams). These CTI Teams will serve individuals during a critical transition time who have mental illness and who have not been successfully engaged in services during or after critical times in transition. One team will be awarded in each of the following:
The re-procurement of these Adult CTI Teams in regions/counties not previously awarded represents a commitment by the NYS OMH to better meet the needs of vulnerable populations by providing this evidence-based approach to transitions in care in all areas of the state.
