Description: Documents available starting January 30, 2025 Please do not request prior to then The City of Port Jervis (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering firms for the City of Port Jervis Reservoir 1 Spillway Rehabilitation and Water Main Resiliency Planning Project (the Project). The Project generally entails the performance of field investigations and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the drainage watershed associated with the City of Port Jervis Reservoir Watershed, analyzing and evaluating the structural condition of the discharge spillway from Reservoir 1 from the reservoir to its intersection with Canal Street and evaluating potential impacts to the City’s 24-inch water main that crosses the spillway.
