Sealed bids will be accepted at Great Bend Fire Station # 1 1205 Williams until 3:00 PM (CST) on December 19, 2025, with construction to begin February of 2026. Performance and payment bond required per City of Great Bend policy. Engineered plans are required with submission.

· Post Hole 4' 6"D X 1' 6"W with Composite Footing Pad or (per engineered plans)
· 2x6 SYP uplift protection or (per engineered plans)
· 3 ply 2x6 Post (Eaves 8' O.C.) (Gables 10' O.C.)
· On Edge 2x4 SYP #2 2' O.C. Roof Purlins
· 2' 3" O.C. 2x6 SYP #2 Wall Girts or (per engineered plans)
· 2x8 Treated Skirtboard


SIDING AND ROOF:
· Roof: Charcoal Gray 26ga Metal Roof Panel w/ 2" Vinyl Backed Insulation
· Wall: Charcoal Gray 26ga Metal Wall Panel w/ 2" Vinyl Backed Insulation
· Trim: Red 26ga Metal Trim
· Approximately 160’ of gutter with down spouts
· All metal colors will match as close as possible current building at 5851 10th St, Great Bend

· 1 - 3-0 9 Lite White Door - LH in Swing - Left end Main Building
· 1 - 3-0 9 Lite White Door - RH in Swing – Right end Main Building
· OHD Details: 4- 12’w x14’h Insulated Commercial Door; White.
to Include Electric Opener with wall controls and 1 Remote/Door

ADD ONS:
· Interior Ceiling: Brilliant White Liner 29ga (minimum)Liner Panel
· Interior Walls: Brilliant White Liner 29ga (minimum) Liner Panel
· 6” Batt Insulation on the walls only. – R 30
· Blow in Insulation in ceiling. – R 38
· Inside 6” concrete floor cut and power trowel finish, 4000 psi mix with ½” rebar 24” on center both directions placed on chairs

Second/Separate Bid:
Approximately 2500 sq ft (30’x80’) 4000 psi, 6” thick concrete with ½” rebar 24”on center both ways placed on chairs, cut and light broom finished, building approach/driveway to be sloped away from building, match up to current driveway and allow for water to drain. Some dirt work will possibly be required.
