Project Description: Expression of Interest (EOI) to solicit firms capable of providing CM services for water/wastewater projects including constructability reviews, bid evaluation, construction inspection, scheduling and construction management services. The EOI firms will be evaluated, short-listed and provided with a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a detailed Scope of Services (SOS).
