Description

1. Biggs Army Airfield ATC Branch at Fort Bliss has a requirement forT the following: air traffic control services, ATC maintenance service, all project management, supervision, personnel, work vehicle, contractor employee work chairs, and non-durable items and office supplies necessary to perform ATC services at Fort Bliss, TX. These services are required to support all aircraft operations within Ft. Bliss owned or delegated airspace via coordinated agreements with Biggs Army Airfield ATC Branch. Fort Bliss has established ATC Facilities, to include an ATC maintenance section.These facilities are responsible for positive and proceduralseparation of IFR/VFR/UAS aircraft within Ft. Bliss airspace and for the maintenance of all ATC equipment.



2.The proposed contract type is firm fixed price (FFP) with a base plus four (4) option years.



3.The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities and transportation required to perform the services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
