Synopsis:
|
|
The RM of Connaught No. 457 requires the services of a qualified and licensed Weed Inspector and Weed Sprayer for 2025. The successful tender will provide services as requested by the RM to control vegetation including noxious and prohibited weeds, nuisance weeds and other weeds of concern on lands owned by the RM or on private lands to enforce The Weed Control Act.
Chemicals and documentation must be in compliance with the SARM Invasive Plant Control Program (see attachments).
Tender submissions will include supply and application of pre-approved herbicides, a valid and current applicator license, detailed listing of services provided including price per acre for application, travel/mileage rates, and anticipated time frame to conduct the work.
The RM of Connaught No. 457 reserves the right to refuse or accept any or all tenders and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Tenders marked "Weed Management 2025" will be received until 4:00 pm (Saskatchewan Time) Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the RM of Connaught No. 457 Municipal Office, Box 25 (1014 102nd Avenue) Tisdale SK S0E 1T0 or by email to rm457@sasktel.net.
