Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure services for its annual software subscription including annual licenses for PixEdit, a subscription, on a sole source to TechSoft USA.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
