The Shiprock Service Unit (SRSU) is the largest geographical service unit of the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), serving populations across New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. SRSU provides administrative oversight for Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), Four Corners Regional Health Center (FCRHC), and Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC). SRSU requires a design-build solution to remove existing proximity card access equipment and install new, enterprise-grade PIV (Personal Identity Verification) card access control systems across all three facilities. Approximately 50 proxy card access devices are currently deployed across the Service Unit
