The subject project provides temporary backup power services and re-route of temporary in support of the Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. An undefinitized contract on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2 was awarded to MITOMO CO., LTD. This justification is being made publicly available within 30 days of the contract award in accordance with FAR 6.305(b).
