Colt M4 Carbines

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of Project Manager - Solider Lethality (PM SL) awarded a contract modification, W15QKN-24-C-0037 P00002 to Colt’s Manufacturing Company 547 New Park Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110-1336, pursuant to Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 3204(e)(4)(E), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-4(a) states “Full and open competition need not be provided for when precluded by the terms of an international agreement or a treaty between the United States and a foreign government or international organization, or the written directions of a foreign government reimbursing the agency for the cost of the acquisition of the supplies or services for such government.” This contract modification is to procure Colt M4A1 Carbines. Award was made 23 December 2024.
