This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the solicitation number for this procurement is W50S7X-25-Q-0008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Dated 01/17/2025.

The NAICS is 333415 – Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and Product Service Code (PSC) of 4120. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1250 Employees. This acquisition shall be available as a Small Business (SB) set aside.

FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.

Description: See attached Salient Characteristics Portable 100-Ton Chiller Unit (004)

Award will be made to the responsible contractor considering price and technical proposal for a complete working portable 100-ton Chiller.

Quotes must include a technical proposal indicating how you intend to meet all the requirements from the Salient Characteristic. This proposal is to include, but not limited to: specification sheets, photos, warranties or any pertinent information that will allow the government to evaluate the item/s you have proposed. Quotes received that do not have an adequate proposal will not be considered for award.

The Offeror is responsible for ensuring the quote is received by the Government by the due date and time specified above. Failure to send quotes to both POCs or verify receipt of the quote may result in not being considered for award.
