- Summary:The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals and establish a term contract for auditing services from qualified independent Certified Public Accountants (“Offeror”) to perform a financial audit for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 2025 through June 30, 2029 for the School Board of the City of Roanoke, also referenced herein as Roanoke City Public Schools (“RCPS”) or the School Division (“Division”). This document establishes the anticipated services to be performed and outlines the evaluation and selection process. The selection process, based on the evaluation criteria listed in the RFP, should result in a firm being awarded a contract; however, this document does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded
